[/cmsms_featured_block][cmsms_text animation_delay=”0″]Bellydance Choreography is an intermediate level dance class focusing on learning and perfecting choreographed numbers considered to be apart of the Los Angeles Bellydance Academy’s repertoire of performance pieces. In addition this class will focus the student to  learn proper dance technique such as isolations of the body, improving performance quality and developing complex rhythms and patterns.  Students will be exposed to various styles of belly dance otherwise nowned as raks sharki such as Malaya Leff, Drum solo, Samba-fusion, Oriental opening, Saidii dance, to help develop a well rounded dancer. Class curriculum is based on the study of proper dance technique layered with traditional raks sharki movements and includes a proper warm-up, stretches, isolations, across-the-floor progressions, and combinations. As students progress through each level curriculum will become increasingly more complex and intricate.
