Ori Drills

Ori Drills and Workout is a fast-paced strength and endurance training class focused on developing technique in Ori Tahiti. Each class will concentrate on a theme for the day (i.e. coordination, endurance, stretching/range of motion, muscle control) and run drills you can then practice at home with your favorite music to continue your progress. Some familiarity with Polynesian dance is recommended but not required.
