Itʻs the most fabulous time of year, where the finest halau hula and super hula fans from all over the globe gather in Hilo, Hawaiʻi to honor King David Kalakaua with the biggest hula competition in the world.
In addition to all the free fun, you can handle there will be a lei poʻo (head lei) workshop, $35.
