Introductory classes will explore the fundamental movements of Bellydancing.  You will be learning basic techniques that will train your body to perform signature bellydance moves such as isolations, undulation, figure eights, and shimmies.  In addition, we will supply you a with a solid foundation of music comprehension as well as educational information that is culturally relevant to the ancient art form we refer to as Bellydance.  It is our hope that you will discover a deeper and move loving connection to your body while improving posture and poise.

No dance experience necessary for Introductory classes!
