Yoga
heals. It is a path for us to heal our body, mind, and soul. I feel
very blessed to be in a position to enable students to find their
own inner light. I was introduced to yoga at a very young age at my
childhood dance studio. I absolutely fell in love. I had been
dancing since I was four, but yoga enabled me to develop a deep
connection to my breath, which helped me deepen my flexibility and
ability as a dancer and athlete. At the age of sixteen I was
involved in a major car accident resulting in two fractured
vertebras and a herniated disk. As an aspiring professional dancer,
I was completely shattered. Yoga was instrumental in my recovery. I
was able to rebuild my body and follow my dreams of becoming a
professional dancer. Yoga has helped me maintain a pain free life
style. I need Yoga to keep my body and mind happy. I look forward to
sharing this gift of yoga with you.
Description of class:
My class is an eclectic blend of yoga primarily focusing on breath,
flow, and alignment. It is a fun, challenging, feel good class for
all levels. I like to work on strength, flexibility, and stability
curtailed to each individual’s needs at any level of practice. You
will leave feeling longer, leaner, and more full of life. Giving you
the tools for you to build a strong positive experience, while
having fun in the process.
