Last sunday the LA Bellydance Academy charged the stage of Marta Schill’s second annual Cairo ShimmyQuake in Glendale, CA. Our dear Afton first captivated the audience with her skilled zill technique. It was fantastic to see her and Jeff hype up the crowd! Of course, the other girls and I couldn’t help but rile up the crowd ourselves with one of our favorite choreographies- Ana Danna. Last but definitely not least, our very own Stefanya amazed the audience with her breathtaking veil performance. I always find myself holding my breath whenever I watch her!
This show marks my one year anniversary of dancing with these amazing women. Every time we take the stage together, I become more and more inspired and and I hope to continue doing so for many more year to come! ~Rachelle
